What is a free workout?

Free workouts are meant to be a quick way to build and start a workout on the fly and not necessarily a workout you will do more than once. If you choose this option on the home tab, Fitlist will bring you to a screen to start searching and adding exercises immediately.  Here's how to create a free workout:

  1. From the Home screen select Start Workout, then Start Free Workout
  2. You will immediately then be shown the exercise search list in Fitlist
  3. Choose whatever exercises you want to add to your workout, then press Add
  4. Once you've added your exercises, you will see your free workout.
  5. If you want to add more exercises you can do that at any time.  You can press and drag to reorder exercises as needed.
  6. When you are ready, press Start Workout to begin the workout.  The workout will begin immediately and you will proceed to the exercise logging screens to complete the workout.

If you wish to save this free workout as a routine to do again, click the save icon at the top of the screen.
