How do I send a workout to another user?

If you are a Fitlist pro user, you can send workouts directly to other users.  Please note that you can only send workouts to users that follow you. 

On the workouts tab, for any workout or workout group you wish to share tap to select it, then you will see an option on this page 'Share workout (group) with...'

After selecting this you will see a list of your followers.  Tap any follower to instantly send the workout/workout group to them.  They will receive a notification on their app and be able to download it to their list of workouts.
