How do I log a workout on my Apple Watch?

The Fitlist watch app will sync whatever you have added to today in Fitlist on your iphone. So a typical workout would look like this:

1. Open Fitlist on your phone to the 'Home' tab

2. Press the + button and select 'Add Workout Routine' (or free workout, exercise log)

3. Choose a workout

4. Open Fitlist on your watch

5. Press 'sync' (at this point you no longer need your iphone connected)

6. Tap the workout, then the first exercise to start

7. Track your workout on your watch exercise by exercise

8. Once you are done, at the last screen tap 'Complete Workout' on your watch to sync back to your phone.
