How do I create supersets?

Supersets can be created in workout routines (on the workouts tab) or in a free workout.

Creating supersets in a workout routine

  1. Press the +Add Superset button

  1. Search for any exercises you wish to add to the superset (more than 1)

  1. Press the Add Exercises button to add them to the workout

  1. You will now see the exercises listed within the superset. You can add more exercises to the superset anytime by pressing the +Add exercise to superset button.

  1. To specify the amount of sets within each exercise, tap on the exercise.
  2. Press the +Add Set button to add sets. Also specify any reps or weight if you wish as well as rest timer (optional).

  1. Repeat step 6 above for any additional exercises in the superset.

  1. When you work out, Fitlist will now automatically iterate in between exercises throughout the workout until all of the specified sets are complete. In this example, after you complete Barbell Bench Press Set 1, Fitlist will navigate to Barbell Incline Bench Press Set 1. A rest timer has been set after the second exercise, once the timer is up Fitlist will now navigate to Barbell Bench Press Set 2. Fitlist will continue to iterate through Set 3 until all sets are complete. Once the last set is complete Fitlist will move onto the next exercise after the superset.
  2. You can add exercises outside of the superset by pressing the +Add Exercise button.
  3. You can create a second superset by pressing the +Add Superset button again.

Creating Supersets in a Free Workout

Creating a superset in a free workout is similar to a routine, except you don't necessarily plan the sets. In a free workout:

  1. Press the +Add Superset button

  1. Search for any exercises you wish to add to the superset (more than 1)

  1. Press the Add Exercises button to add them to the workout

  1. You will now see the exercises listed within the superset. You can add more exercises to the superset anytime by pressing the +Add exercise to superset button.

  1. Once you start your workout, you can add sets to each exercise using the +Add Set button.

  1. If you specify the sets in each exercise of the superset, when you work out, Fitlist will now automatically iterate in between exercises throughout the workout until all of the specified sets are complete. In this example, after you complete Barbell Bench Press Set 1, Fitlist will navigate to Barbell Incline Bench Press Set 1. A rest timer has been set after the second exercise, once the timer is up Fitlist will now navigate to Barbell Bench Press Set 2. Fitlist will continue to iterate through Set 3 until all sets are complete. Once the last set is complete Fitlist will move onto the next exercise after the superset.
