How do I create my own custom exercises?

If you need to create your own exercises in Fitlist you can do this easily.

1.  On the exercise search page, you will see a ‘+’ button in the top right hand corner of the screen to create a new exercise.  

2.  Enter the details below:

  • Name: Enter a name for the exercise
  • YouTube Video ID: If you have a reference video, populate YouTube ID (not full URL) here (optional)
  • Category: Select a muscle group (optional)
  • Instructions: Enter any written instructions (optional)

3. Select an exercise type - strength or cardio

4.  Pick the attributes you need to track (weight, distance, duration, resistance etc.)

5.  Hit save and your new exercise will appear in the list of exercises.

You can edit these anytime by going to Settings > Workout Settings > Edit Custom Exercises.
