What is an exercise log?

Exercise logs are the simplest form of tracking in Fitlist, if you add an exercise log there is no grouping of exercises or tracking of running workout time.  

These are mainly used if you simply want to log down an exercise that was performed, for instance if you went running for 30 minutes an exercise log is the perfect way to track this.

Exercise logs can be added from the home screen by pressing the Log Exercise button.
