What are workout groups and how do I create them?
Workout groups are essentially folders to help organize your workout routines. These can be simply organizing a group of similar workouts, or they can be used to group a number of workouts into a workout program.
To create a workout group:
- Navigate to the workouts tab
Tap the + icon in the top right, select Create new group
- Enter a name for the workout group
- Use the +Add Workouts button to add any existing workouts to the group
- Press Save to save the workout group. Any workouts added will now be shown only inside the workout group on the workouts tab.
Workout groups can be shared / sent directly to any users (users must be followers).
Existing workouts can also be added to workout groups within the workout itself on the workouts tab by updating the Workout Group field.
