How do I log a strength exercise?
Once you start a workout, you will be brought to logging screens for each individual exercise in your workout.
For strength exercises, here is what to do on the logging page:
- Enter you sets, reps, weight using the inputs to type in the appropriate data for each set.*Note: If you are using a saved routine, you may have specified these values already on the Workouts tab. If you have Load Last Sets enabled, these values will populate based on your last workout
- You can also load the values from the last sets logged as well by choosing Load Last Sets
- If you need to add more sets, tap the Add Set button
- Use the timer at the bottom right to set Rest Timers. Once set this will automatically start as soon as you mark each set complete.
- You can view animated exercise instructions by tapping this icon at the top of the screen
- You can view your history for the exercise, progress charts, and personal records by tapping the chart icon at the top of the screen
- Once you're done with the exercise, tap the checkmark to move onto the next exercise.
A note on supersets. If you created your workout with supersets, after you complete each set, Fitlist will automatically navigate between the exercises for you until the superset is complete.
