My app is going slow or freezing

If the app is going slow or freezing, this means that app is likely attempting to sync your data. It may be possible that you do not have a good WiFi connection or cell reception.


To fix this:

  1. Go to settings
  2. Select Data
  3. Disable Auto Sync
  4. If disabling auto sync does not resolve the issue, also disable Daily Backups
