I'm not hearing sounds for timers

When rest timers go off in Fitlist, a sound and notification occurs on your device. If you are not hearing sounds or notifications for rest timers in Fitlist, please check the following:

1. Ensure that your phone is not on any do not disturb mode.
2. On your iPhone, go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics and ensure Silent Mode is disabled
3. On your iPhone, go to Settings > Notifications > fitlist
4. Check that Allow Notifications and Sounds are enabled
