My purchase / subscription is not working

If you completed a purchase but for some reason the app is not recognizing it, please do the following:

  1. Go to settings
  2. Select Restore Upgrades
  3. Click restore past upgrades

Note: if you are trying to restore an older purchase (ie. Fitlist premium) you must be logged into the Apple App Store with the same Apple ID used to make the initial purchase.
