How do I create a workout routine?

To create a new workout routine:

  1. Go to the workouts tab
  2. Tap + and select 'Create New Workout'

  3. Enter a workout name, description

  4. Use the ‘add exercise’ button to add exercises. For detailed instructions on creating supersets, see here.

  5. Once you have added each exercise, tap the exercise name to specify individual set values and rest timers. 

  6. After tapping the exercise, you will be brought to a screen where you can specify the sets and details. 
    1. Tap the set number to specify the set type (warmup, drop, failure or regular - by default) 

    2. Use the inputs for weight/reps/duration to specify the remainder of the details and add more sets as needed. 
    3. Tap the rest timer button to set a rest timer.  During workouts, this timer will automatically start as each set is marked complete.

  7. When you are ready to do the workout, tap the ‘start workout’ button.  The workout will automatically load with the saved exercises and sets.  *If you have ‘load last sets’ enabled (under settings > workout settings) the last logged sets will show instead of what was defined in the workout initially.
