How do I log a strength exercise?

Once you start a workout, you will be brought to logging screens for each individual exercise in your workout. 

For strength exercises, here is what to do on the logging page:

  1. Enter you sets, reps, weight using the inputs to type in the appropriate data for each set.*Note: If you are using a saved routine, you may have specified these values already on the Workouts tab.  If you have Load Last Sets enabled, these values will populate based on your last workout
  2. You can also load the values from the last sets logged as well by choosing Load Last Sets
  3. If you need to add more sets, tap the Add Set button
  4. Use the timer at the bottom right to set Rest Timers.  Once set this will automatically start as soon as you mark each set complete.
  5. You can view animated exercise instructions by tapping this icon at the top of the screen
  6. You can view your history for the exercise, progress charts, and personal records by tapping the chart icon at the top of the screen
  7. Once you're done with the exercise, tap the checkmark to move onto the next exercise.

A note on supersets.  If you created your workout with supersets, after you complete each set, Fitlist will automatically navigate between the exercises for you until the superset is complete.
